Will either a DLS or LCD projector provide blurry fast action motion as do LCD televisions without 120Hz?

I see blurryness on most LCD televisions - Plasmas are great (refresh rate at 400+). I don't like the glare and glossy frames of tvs so am looking at projectors. Does anyone know if there are any good and cheap lcd televisions?
