Comments on: Samsung LN32A450 32-Inch 720p LCD HDTV

I really wanted to like the LN32A450. It looked great when I saw it in a store. My problem with the TV is related to the misaligned swivel stand that came with it. The stand requires some assembly. The holes that would accommodate the screws were misaligned such that the TV would not have been setting straight-on. A neck-piece that fits over the center of the stand kept popping out of place. Even after we inserted the next piece over-top of the neck, the neckpiece refused to line-up flush with the base of the stand. Further, the stand showed no indication that it would swivel. It was set in place at a bad angle. My wife and I worked on it for a long while, then gave up. We returned the Samsung LN32A450 and bought a Sony KDL-32M4000 in its place. No problems assembling the Sony. If you can’t set up the TV to watch it, it doesn’t matter how good the picture might be.

I have bought two samsung tv’s a 61″ Led HLT6187S and a 32″ LN32A450C. The 61″ quit working 1 week after I bought it and the 32″ didn’t even make it 8 hours after it was purchased. I will never buy anything that is made by samsung again. JUNK!!!

Well, I just bought this TV, going to hook it up 2marrow….I’ll let ya’ll know how it is as there is no reviews out yet. Kinda strange…lol
